Take me to Vegas.

Ok so this is kind of cheating, but I pretty much wore this exact outfit on Sunday so I decided to post this picture of me in Vegas during my winter break in January. It was super cold there which was so unexpected (for me) who's only experience with Vegas involves EXTREME heat lol. It was nice to get away for a little while and treat myself to good friends, a fancy-ful hotel, and some pretty amazing sites and sounds. And by that I mean the Beatles Love Show which was fantastic and made the trip really worth it =).

Vintage Stripes.

I just wanted to do a quick post because I really enjoyed the outfit I wore this weekend while out and about thrift shopping and bargain hunting. I love this striped v-neck because its got a nautical feel w/o being costume-y.

I wore my 80's style Casio watch with it that I was given for Christmas from my lovely Momma. She knows my love for vintage and through back accessories.

Anyways, this week has been a handful already and its not even Friday tomorrow! Yikes. Oh well just one class meeting tomorrow and I'm thinkin' weekend! haha

V-Day

This is my first "real" attempt at writing in this blog. I love spending time looking and gazing at different blogs and I guess if nothing else this will be my tiny spot of sanctuary that I can begin creating and becoming my true self. Anyways I have never EVER attempted an outfit post but here is the best thing I can come up with at the moment w/o a really good camera on hand. The trusty Macbook will have to suffice. We'll see if I can get any better at these hehe.

This is something i need to find. Somewhere there has to be peace between him & I. Between opposites. Between friends. I must be crazy to think it could happen and I thought I was taking it day by day. The tides just change so effortlessly, it almost makes my efforts seem minuscule at best. I need time but what is time in a moment, a phrase that can change everything, a word that can destroy. Time to use time wisely.
